1911 Large Maritime Watercolour & Gouache on Board "SS Norseman" by W Pearson.

100% genuine & not a copy. The SS Norseman was torpedoed by a German submarine whilst sailing through the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Greece on the 22/01/1916. This is possibly one of the last paintings of the Norseman prior to its sinking. Painted by listed artist William Pearson. Overall measures 46cms x 30cms. Attached to cardboard backing & stored behind a plastic sleeve. Some minor foxing as per photos otherwise very nice condition.
