Intricately Carved Deep Green Jade & 14ct Yellow Gold Pendant 13.2g

This striking emerald green, carved jade pendant is all ready to wear with a 14 carat yellow gold bale. The intricate carving is double sided, consisting of curves, flourishes and a central circle symbol. Unfortunately, during the carving or after the pendant appears to have cracked and a white filler has been used to stabilise the piece. This is mainly visible from the back and in the photos it is magnified to show the full extent. The jade is not one solid green more shades of darker and lighter sections so hard to determine if the piece is entirely natural. Although not stamped the gold bale tested as 14k gold. It is a real statement piece though and will look great worn with a leather thong or gold chain.
