Rare Lot !! 16 x 1700s "Fables" Copperplate Engravings by P Fourdrinier.


Unsure, but possibly 1st strike copperplate book plate engravings produced for the book "Fables" by Jean de la Fontaine. Plates have been lightly hinged to acid free white backing, each plate is approx 16cms x 10.5cms. Condition as per photos.
