Scarce Vintage USA "Native American Indian" Cast Metal Oblong Pipe ? Dish.

Research found only one similar & it was described as a pipe dish / stand. Unsure about that until another is found or described. A quality made large item measuring 28cms x 3.5cms high x 8cms wide splayed feet. There is an unknown illegible foundry / makers mark to the base. In great condition with minimal surface wear.
