Stunning Antique 1901 Walker & Hall Sterling Silver Repoussé Bon-Bon Dish 182g

Beautiful decorative antique sterling silver, repoussé and pierced out design bon-bon dish. The body of the dish has a wonderful pinched look body with pierced out criss cross patterns and stunning art nouveau style flowers, fauna and rococo like shells. The dish is sitting on four graceful legs with ball feet. The piece is in very good condition and would look stunning on a festive table for a celebratory occasion. The dish is stamped with Walker & Hall's flag pole logo with W&H initials, b date stamp dating it to 1901, lion rampant fineness stamp and the anchor stamp for Birmingham. The pretty bon-bon dish has been cleaned ready for use. The dish is in great condition, it may just have a slight lean, some tiny dings and light scratches commensurate with age. The natural patina of silver is quite dark as can be seen under the dish and can also be attractive depending on your preference or easily polished. This beautiful bon bon dish will look magnificent as a table adornment.
