This beautiful sterling silver pendant features an irregular shaped silvery gold, free-form baroque pearl. Carefully set with a secure prong setting and good sized bale. Pearls are organic gemstones, entirely formed within the soft tissue of shelled mollusks like oysters, mussels and clams. They are found naturally when an irritant enters the shell and is coated in nacre over time, some pearls are cultured to create the layers of nacre onto an inserted starter.
