Stunning Vintage 10ct Gold & Smoky Quartz Carved Roman Centurion Ring Size O 6.2g

This is a lovely vintage, 10 carat gold ring featuring a stunning smoky quartz gem, carved with a Roman Centurion. Carved beautifully in left profile, the centurion themed intaglio is in perfect vintage condition. The smoky quartz has a beautiful glossy appearance with the carved centurion in a frosted finish. The carving style is elegant and detailed. The intaglio is set in an open claw setting, allowing lots of light under the stone. Stamped with 10k to the inside of the ring shank. A great piece to add to your collection, made around 1960's onwards.
