SUPER RARE IOOF Humbold #137 Lodge Gavel / Seal. Sterling Silver Engraved Band.


More than likely USA in origin, a super rare IOOF, Independent Order of Odd Fellows elaborate gavel. Undated but appears to be early 1900s. The Sterling Silver applied engraved band reads. Pres To HUMBOLD LODGE #137 I.O.O.F at Their 25th Anny. by ATLAS LODGE #68 I.O.O.F. At the end of the handle there is an applied Seal / Symbol depicting a person in a row boat on water under a large tree. The gavel measures 21cms long & weighs approx 220 grams. Ex Australian estate so unfortunately no history is known about the item.
