Vintage 1940's International Silver Co. Sterling Silver Hammered Flask 194.4g

Stunning example of the International Sterling Company circa 1940's sterling silver flask. The elegant, slightly arched shape of the flask adds to its allure, it is engraved with the initials JWH. The fine workmanship is evident from the hand beaten hammer effect across the whole body of the flask. With a hinged art deco shaped arm to keep the screw off lid from getting lost. The lid cap also has a cork lining to make it spill proof. Signed to the underneath section with International Sterling, 1 74 -2B, 3/4 Pint and Hand Hammered.
