Vintage Abalone / Pāua Shell & Sterling Silver Lg Butterfly Brooch Mexico 6.9g

This beautiful vintage sterling silver butterfly brooch is set with multicoloured pāua or abalone shell. The intricately applied sections, create a stunning iridescent pattern to each wing and the body of the butterfly. The handmade piece is accentuated by the butterfly antennae. It will brighten up any outfit. The rear of the piece is stamped with 925 and Hecho En Mexico and signed UMM. The brooch is in great condition without any cracks or damage and has been cleaned and lightly polished ready to wear.
