Vintage Fairfax & Roberts Silver Plated Sugar Bowl Creamer & E.P.N.S Spoon 318g

This is a very nice shaped, silver plated creamer and sugar bowl by esteemed Australian company Fairfax & Roberts. The set dates to around the 1940s - 1950s and is stamped to the base, Fairfax & Roberts Sydney & London 9978. The silver tone of the set is still good, there is a little wear to the handle of the creamer and general scratches and small pt marks inside the creamer jug. The sugar bowl also has a few dings to the outside of the bowl on one side, commensurate with age and general wear and tear. Great set with history and a good name. The set comes with an elegant shaped, unknown brand, electroplated E.P.N.S sugar spoon.
