Vintage Italian 14ct Yellow Gold & Shell Cameo Lady Portrait Pendant 1.8g


This vintage Italian made shell cameo is set in 14 carat yellow gold with a twisted rope design around the setting. This cameo carving style is a little more simplistic but still a lovely piece. The carved lady, facing to the right, is picked out in a delicate white colour against the glossy orange carnelian shell tones. She has flowing hair tied up and is wearing a shawl style dress with a flower accent. This pretty pendant will be the perfect addition to any cameo collection

Despite being vintage the cameo presents in fantastic condition. The pendant is hallmarked 14k and Italy to the rear of the setting. This vintage treasure would look stunning, worn on a fine gold chain.
