Vintage IWC Schaffhausen 14K Gold Pocket Watch cal 97. The two tone gold dial with numerals on the quarters, sub seconds at 6, matching blue steel hands is signed International watch Co Schaffhausen. The manual wind cal 97 lever movement, with wolf tooth winding, jewelled to the centre and is working well, serviced by us, fully signed. The 14k gold 50mm fancy case with double snap back, inner back is metal and is in superb original condition, case is fully signed IWC 14k. Weighs 71.7 grams. One of the best looking IWC pocketwatches we have ever owned.
The Cal 97 movement was produced from 1930 to 1964 and only 16200 were made, This one dates from the early 1930s.
