Vintage Sterling silver Carnelian Shell Cameo Pendant / Brooch 8.1g

Vintage sterling silver oval shaped cameo pendant and brooch in a decorative flower and bamboo setting. The cameo is made from a carnelian shell, the lady portrait is carved with beautiful refined details. Unusually the portrait has the lady facing to the left. This cameo has a bit of age and is still in great condition. The rear of the cameo brooch pin is stamped with Sterling and G.R. &Co. The brooch fitting is working perfectly. The piece is in great condition and is a good size. It would be a great piece to add to your collection or gift to someone special.
