Beautiful vintage sterling silver oval shaped cameo pendant and brooch. The pretty piece has decorative twisted wire all around the setting. The cameo is made from a carnelian shell and the carving of the lady portrait is carved with beautiful refined details. This cameo has a bit of age and is still in great condition. The rear of the cameo brooch pin is stamped with Sterling. The brooch fitting is working perfectly. The piece is in great condition and is a good size.
